直径30cm、長さ1mにも及ぶ巨大ごぼう。成田山新勝寺に毎年その年収穫された1番良いごぼうだけを奉納されるぐらいのごぼうです😳

和風出汁で6時間煮込んで味が染み込んでますので、ごぼうの旨味が際立ってます☺️
