熱帯アメリカ原産のウリ科の植物のハヤトウリ。
高知県では「チャーテ」と呼ばれ、味は淡白でクセがなく、胡瓜のような味わい🥒

昔の鹿児島に渡ってきた為、「薩摩隼人」の瓜からハヤトウリという名前が名付けられました🌟

フルーツのような瑞々しさも特徴的な味わいです。
カリウムを多く含んでいる為、むくみ改善やデトックス効果などに効果的です！

Chayote is a plant of the Cucurbitaceae family that is native to tropical America.
In Kochi Prefecture, it is called “Chaate” and has a light, mild taste, similar to cucumber🥒

Since it came to Kagoshima in the old days, it was named chayote from the melon of “Satsuma Hayato”🌟

It also has a distinctive fruit-like freshness.
Because it contains a lot of potassium, it is effective for improving swelling and detoxing!
