熱帯アメリカ原産のウリ科の植物のハヤトウリ。
高知県では「チャーテ」と呼ばれ、味は淡白でクセがなく、胡瓜のような味わい🥒

昔の鹿児島に渡ってきた為、「薩摩隼人」の瓜からハヤトウリという名前が名付けられました🌟

フルーツのような瑞々しさも特徴的な味わいです。
カリウムを多く含んでいる為、むくみ改善やデトックス効果などに効果的です！
