とてもデリケートで育てるのが難しい事や、天候の影響でここ数年の間はご提供できたのがわずかでした。

ピーマンといえば苦いと思う方が多いと思いますが、その苦味は化学肥料や農薬も影響していると言われています。

当店のお野菜は無農薬・無化学肥料なので
この魁ピーマンも苦味がなく、むしろ甘味が強いのです🫑🫑
